Most of the time, customers aren't really sure what's wrong with their computer. We can diagnose the problem and give you an accurate estimate for the cost of the repair. In most cases we can fix your system within 24-48 hours and usually the diagnostic fee can cover the repair on simple problems.

Our service department is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. We run on a first come first served basis and our diagnostic process generally takes 24 to 48 hours. We have a rush service fee for those in a hurry, you can find that in the Misc. section below. We can do full system tune ups, virus removal, spyware cleanup, and more.

Generally our service is covered by a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. All fee’s are for the service only and do NOT cover the cost of any parts that may be required to fix the system. Data recovery and data backup services are avaliable as well.

In some cases systems may not be able to be successfully repaired. This may be due to bad hardware components that have failed or are incompatible, and or software that has a bug or incompatibility problem yet to be resolved by the maker. In these cases we will find out why it can't be fixed and give you an answer.

Either way we will work through the problem and give you a solution, whether it is a work around or a fix.

• DiagnosticsDiagnostics
  
  Most people do not know what the problem might be with their system. We offer a diagnostic service that will find out the problem and potentially fix it within the cost of the fee. All diagnostic fees apply to the total repair. If we diagnose a system and determine that the repair needed would cost more then the diagnostic fee, then the fee is included in that new total amount. If the customer declines to have the repair done then only the diagnostic fee would apply.
  • Standard Diagnostics $45 - $60
  • We will check out the system and find the cause of the problem. Standard diagnostics are for standard desktop systems.
  • Notebook Diagnostics $45 - $90
  • A notebook diagnostic may require disassembly. We will determine the cause of the problem, whether software or hardware related.
• ExternalsExternals
  
  External hardware such as printers and scanners are as varied as the computer components themselves. We can troubleshoot a malfunctioning device and determine if we can repair it. Due to today’s throw away society it can unfortunately be cheaper to purchase a new component then have the old one repaired.
  • Printer $60
  • We can install the printer with the latest drivers and test print. Troubleshooting simple problems that are generally software related.
  • Scanner $60
  • We can install scanners with the drivers. Some scanners have firmware updates which may fix issues not resolved by the software.
  • All-in-one $60-$90
  • All-in-one's are great devices that let you perform multiple things at once. Unfortunately with anything that has multi functionality there is a greater chance of things breaking. Along with the drivers there can sometimes be firmware updates. Not to mention software conflicts. We can fix these issue's and get your components functioning properly.
• Software InstallSoftware Install
  
  We can help install software that may be overly convoluted for the average user. Sometimes software can become corrupted and needs to be reinstalled, but in the process other errors happen. This can be from remaining fragments left from the software. Generally if it is a simple solution we will do it within the price range, but if it looks to be one of many other additional errors on the system, we may recommend a system tune-up.

  • We can install any software application. Get the latest updates for it, and resolve any conflicts that may come up during the installation.
  • Each add. App. $15
  • Each addition application after the first is at a reduced price as we can perform the installations all together.
  • Windows Updates $45-$75
  • This is to get just Windows updates for the system. We will update windows and nothing more. Generally we recommend our System Tune-up option as it is more thorough.
• Common InstallsCommon Installs
  
  We offer installation services for those who are uncomfortable with digging into their system. We will install the different components and test there functionality. Depending on the item in question the price will vary. Some items not only take more time but also need to be tested to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Memory $30
  • We can install your memory and test it with memtest86+ to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Processor $45
  • We can install a processor, make sure the thermal paste is properly applied and perform a burn in to ensure its proper function.
  • Motherboard $90-$120
  • Installing a new Motherboard may require a windows repair installation to get it running. We can install the motherboard, latest drivers and reactivate windows if necessary.
  • System Build $120 +
  • We can build an entire system out of parts you bring or purchase from us. Depending on how high end the system is the price will vary.
• BackupBackup
  
  Backing up your information is imperative to any computer user. Frequent backups can help deter data loss from corrupt hard drives or other malfunctions. We can back up the entire operating system using an ISO format. Or we can just back up important files, pictures, movies, and music.
  • To DVD $60 Per disk
  • We can backup user files onto DVD or the entire operating system, data files, and programs using Image files in the ISO Format. If your computer crashes you can place the disks in the drive one after the other and they will reinstall windows back to the state it was at.
• System Tune-upSystem Tune-up
  
  System tune-ups are an important part to maintaining a computer system. Without regular computer tune-ups the system can become slow and bogged down by invalid registry entries, junk files from old software and temp files from browsing the web. Not to mention if the computer becomes infected with Malware. Our system tune-up services can take care of the problem and get it running properly again. We use 5 to 15 different programs to clean up a computer and we still have to remove some items manually. This service generally takes 2 to 4 days to perform.
  • System Tune-up $90-$120
  • We will get the latest windows updates, remove invalid registry links, clean out the junk/temp files, turn off/remove unwanted startup items and defrag the system.
  • Advanced Tune-up W/ Malware Removal $120-$210
  • Everything from our standard tune-up plus Malware removal. We will also check your system for any tweaks we may be able to do to increase performance.
  
  We cannot guarantee our service for the full 30 days on malware clean-ups due to us having no control over where a person goes on the web or what software they may come in contact with. See our support page for details on how to help keep your system performing.
• DrivesDrives
  
  There are several common drive types out there and a few uncommon ones as well. We can install any you may want in your system. We will install the hardware and check that the proper software required to use it is installed and functioning. We will test the drive to ensure it is working correctly.
  • Floppy Drive $30
  • While a legacy drive it is still used from time to time. We still install them on our systems we sell.
  • CDRom/DVDR/RW $45
  • The most commonly used drive today. CD's and DVD's are everywhere make sure you can use them!
  • Hard Drive $45
  • We can format a hard drive and set a secondary drive up or partition a current drive. For installing windows see the OS Install section.
  • Tape Drive $60
  • Not commonly used much anymore. Mainly used for backing up information. Especially on servers.
  • Zip Drive/LS120 $45
  • Hardly used anymore. Many people have started using USB Flash drives instead of Zip Drives.
• Data TransferData Transfer
  
  Success Is NOT Guaranteed.
  
  We can attempt to get information from a bad hard drive. Usually if the drive will still spin up and the bios can detect the drive there is a chance of getting the information off. We can also transfer data from one working hard drive to another if you are looking to increase your drive space.
  
  While the cloning of a drive that is good usually goes smoothly there is always that off chance that things go wrong. Because of that we cannot guarantee the success of data recovery or data transfer on a drive that is going out. We will however try everything we can to get the data until all options available to us are exhausted. These services are a At Your Own Risk option. Generally if somebody is attempting to rescue their drive from the clutches of oblivion we can help them. We have a fairly high success rate with drives that mechanically function.
  • Data Transfer

  • We can transfer data from one drive to another, or clone one drive to another. If the drive is going bad we may still be successfull however that is not a guarantee.
  • Data Recovery
    per drive $120-$210
  • We may be able to save information off of your failing hard drive onto another hard drive, dvd, or usb flash drive. Due to the situation however we cannot guarantee getting all the information, and in some cases none of it.
• MiscMisc
  
  We have several services that don’t have a category for them. If you have something you want done with your system and you can’t find it in our list. Feel free to call, we may be able to make accommodations.
  • Case Change $120-$150
  • We can change out your computer case to a newer one of your choice. As long as your components are ATX based, we will tuck and route the wires, increasing the airflow.
  • Downloads $15
  • We can download items for you and burn them to disk. You can either bring the disk or purchase a disk from us. We will not download Illegal items.
  • Rush Service$100
  • If you need your system quickly you can choose the Rush Service. We will put you on top priority. Depending on the problem, we may have it back to you that day or the next.
  • Setup Network $90-$145
  • We can set up a network between two or more systems and share out any items or folders required. Setup any passwords on the folders etc.
• InternalsInternals
  
  We can add common components to a computer system to increase its productivity or its usability. We will install the components a long with the latest drivers and test them to ensure they work properly.
  • Modem $30-$45
  • A standard 56k modem used for dial up access. While broadband is on the rise there are those who still need dialup.
  • Video Card $30-$45
  • Having a higher end video card allows for better video performance. We will install it with the latest drivers and run burn in tests to ensure proper function.
  • Sound Card $30-$45
  • Installing the sound card with the latest drivers. We will test the sound and disable any other sound cards to avoid conflicts.
  • Network Card $45
  • Used for Local Area Networks as well as broadband internet. We can install a NIC and setup your system to use it.
  • TV Capture/Tuner $60
  • Used to view or record tv on your computer. We can install the card and drivers, the software used to interact with it or setup Media Center functionality.
  • SCSI/Raid Card $45
  • Used for compatibility in a system. We can install the cards and drivers.
• OS InstallOS Install
  
  We can install any Microsoft Windows based operating system currently on the market. We require that any operating system you want installed is accompanied with the correct product key for that operating system. If you do not have one you can purchase a new copy of Windows XP or Vista from us so that you have a legit copy of the product.
  
  We will install Windows a long with any system drivers and updates. As well as supporting software such as Adobe Flash, Shockwave, and Adobe Reader for viewing online videos, playing online games, and reading .PDF files, as well as installing Java.
  • Win98/98SE/ME $90
  • We can install these on older systems that are below the specs for 2000 or XP though we recommend the newer Operating systems for there security and ease of use.
  • WinNT 2000/XP $120-$150
  • We can install Windows 2000 or XP with all drivers installed and the latest updates. We can stress test the system to ensure stability.
  • Windows Vista/7 $120-$180
  • Depending on the hardware used in the system the price may vary. We will install Windows Vista and Windows 7, Install all drivers, updates and supporting software. We will stress test the system to ensure stability with these newer Operating Systems.
